Micromax is reportedly working on a mid-range smartphone dubbed as A200 and expected to launch it soon. MMXNewscaster shared the details of the Micromax A200 and press image via its Twitter account . The Micromax A200 will sport an HD display and is powered by a quad-core mobile processor. No details on price and exact availability or launch were shared.
The reported Micromax A200 will feature 4.7-inch LCD display with 720p HD native resolution. This display is made using the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 technology for strength and saving it from normal wear and tear.
Micromax will power the A200 with a 1.3 GHz quad-core mobile processor paired with 1 GB RAM. Micromax has packed 4 GB storage and there will be memory card slot. The A200 will have 8 megapixel camera at the back and will have 5 megapixel camera in the front. The phone packs 1800 mAh lithium polymer battery and we expect this smartphone to arrive with dual-SIM configuration support.
No details on the Android version running on the A200 but we presume it would be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean at least. We estimate the pricing of this smartphone to be somewhere around Rs 15,999 roughly but we shall wait for Micromax to announce it formally.
