The Samsung Galaxy Note III smartphone is likely to be launched before the media during the upcoming Samsung Unpacked event 2013 scheduled for 4th September . While the information about the device and its specifications is not yet confirmed there is a new report on what the Galaxy Note II might have in store for the users.
As per the report, the Samsung Galaxy Note III is coming with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD resolution. Like the Galaxy S4, this smartphone will also come in two versions - first one with an eight-core Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5420 mobile processer and the other will pack quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 mobile processor. The quad core processor is likely to be in the 2 GHz bracket considering the same processor has been clocked at 2.2 GHz by Sony in the Xperia Z Ultra.
The Galaxy Note III will pack 3 GB RAM and will be offered with 16 GB and 32 GB on-board storage capacities. Samsung will also pack the 13 megapixel camera, the one used in Galaxy S4, and a full HD supporting front facing camera in Note III. But as a surprise there is a rumor that Samsung might also be using optical image stabilization for the device; with optical image stabilizer the Note III is likely to gain a few extra pounds but its justified as it will allow to click high quality images.
Both models will get Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with the latest TouchWiz user interface complete with gesture controls and eyeball tracking features. Possibly, Samsung will also work out the nags in the TouchWiz user interface that featured on the Galaxy S4 and present it better with Note III.
