Here we go again – Apple has another event starting up in its home base at Cupertino and lucky few go tickets to attend it live. Chances are you're not one of them but you can watch a livestream, or rather you have the opportunity to watch a livestream.
Apple plays it elitist here, only Apple devices – be they Mac OS X or iOS – get to watch. Everyone else is not invited. We know that there's a high percent of repurchasing going on with current iPhone users, but we still get a little miffed every time Apple does this.
Anyway, you can watch the livestream in its usual place – apple.com/live – but for unwelcome Windows/Android folks we'll try to post a contraband stream here. If you've watched one of those before you'll know they are far from a sure thing and drop often.
Not that Apple's official stream for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus announcement didn’t experience technical issues (among which surprise Chinese translation).
There's still about an hour left before the Apple leaders take the stage so you might want to read our "what to expect" post. Fair warning, it's full of spoilers.
