As reported earlier by The Mobile Indian SmartNaMo, A China based handset company started by a group of Guajarati businessmen, will not be launching just one smartphone in honour of Narendra Modi, the chief minister of Gujarat, by August end; instead it will launch a phablet as well.
Spokesperson of SmartNaMo said to The Mobile Indian, "In September we will be launching Android 4.2 based Smart Namo phablet in Indian for around Rs 19,999."
He further said, "Smart Namo phablet will have a 6.5 inch full HD display and will run an MTK6589T 1.5 GHz quad core processor."
On the memory front Namo phablet will have 2 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. Apart from that the phablet will come with a 32 GB microSD card free, a leather case and a Bluetooth headset.
Smart Namo will be a dual SIM smartphone and will be powered by a 3150 mAh battery.
Like the Namo smartphone this phablet too will carry Narendra Modi's signature.
SmartNaMo will also be establishing an assembly unit in Gandhinagar (Gujarat) where NaMo branded smartphones and feature phones will be assembled.
