Now we bring you a list of 20 handsets with quad core processor in which we have not included products of Chinese players as they are yet to sort out their distribution issues. Also, all the quad core phones included in this list are priced between Rs 15000-Rs 18000.
Lava Iris 458q (Rs 7,999)
Lava Iris 458q is the cheapest quad core smartphone in the market and is selling for Rs 7,999. It comes with a 1.2 GHz quad core Mediatek processor which is being used on most of the phones in this list and also runs on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly bean operating system. It has a 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with FWVGA resolution.
Lava Iris 458q has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32 GB via a micro SD storage card. It has an 8 megapixel rear auto-focus camera with built-in flash and a front VGA camera for 3G video calling. Iris 458q has a 2,000-mAh battery.
